iMobileDenver Warranty: Terms and Conditions
You understand and agree that prior to allowing iMobileDenver to perform diagnostic or any other services on your electrical device tablet or phone, it is your responsibility to back up the data, software, information, or other files stored on your phone electrical device. You acknowledge and agree that iMobileDenver shall not be responsible under any circumstances for any loss of corruption of data/or software issues.
SERVICE LIMITATIONS: LIABILITY
(a) LIMITATIONS TO SERVICE: iMobileDenver RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFRAIN FROM PROVIDING ANY OR ALL REQUESTED SERVICES. IF DEPOSIT WAS GIVEN BEFORE TIME OF REPAIR AND iMobileDenver WAS UNABLE TO MEET YOUR REPAIR NEEDED DUE TO YOUR PHONE CONDITION, WE WILL REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT. WE PROVIDE A SERVICE AND WILL NOT PROVIDE FULL REFUNDS A PERCENTAGE WILL BE REMOVED FROM ORIGINAL PRICE PAID NOT INCLUDING TAXES DEPENDING ON ELIGIBILITY OF PHONE ISSUE.
(b)FORCE MAJEURE: If iMobileDenver ability to render services is impaired by you or circumstances beyond the control of iMobileDenver, iMobileDenver may choose not to provide or to discontinue services.
(c) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the extent permitted by law, you agree that iMobileDenver total liability for damages related to its services is limited to the total amount you pay for the repair, and you release iMobileDenver from liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages especially on the back glass removals. iMobileDenver IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOSS, ALTERATION, OR CORRUPTION OF ANY DATA OR FOR YOUR INABILITY TO USE YOUR EQUIPMENT OR OTHER PRODUCT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ISSUE OTHER THAN WHAT WE REPAIRED. ESPECIALLY IF THE PHONE WAS OFF, BLACKED OUT, BENT, COMPLETELY BROKEN OR BROUGHT IN WITH A NON VISIBLE SCREEN.
SERVICE WARRANTY: We warrant our repairs for only 14 days STARTING the date you received service. If there is a problem with the part replaced by iMobileDenver and if you notify iMobileDenver within the warranty period, we will work to remedy your problem quickly and at no additional cost EXCEPT BROKEN, BLACKED OUT, SHATTERED OR DAMAGED IN ANY WAY AFTER YOU LEAVE THE STORE If, for some reason the phone remains with issue covered by warranty, after second time of the warranty replacement, then we will recommend for you to seek a new phone or Apple Customer service to repair the software on their terms. Our warranty only covers a replacement of the original service and part provided. (EXCEPT: BROKEN SCREENS, CRACKED BACK, BLACKED OUT, DAMAGED PART OR LCD TOUCH DIGITIZER AND LIQUID DAMAGE AFTER THE SERVICE). iMobileDenver only repairs the parts requested by you. You must notify us if any other part is not working prior to repair if there is an issue. ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO REFUNDS.
*If you leave your phone, after the 14th day from the repair iMobileDenver is no longer responsible for the return of your device. If the phone has been repaired or opened by any other repair services after our service, it will be out of warranty!
